A. Agents/Tenants: Refer a new tenant to our office who ultimately rents with us and you will receive a $50 referral fee.

B. Agents/Homeowners: Refer a property owner who contracts us to manage their property, and receive a referral fee upon signing of the lease.The amount varies depending on the length of contract but typically ranges from $100 to $300.
